If it looks like a fit, we will share our Transparency Packet early so you can review a sample LOI, key terms, and an example organization chart for after closing. We provide this before NDAs so you can understand how we work while keeping your information protected.

No. There is no pressure to stay on. You choose your role after closing. Some owners exit at closing, some phase out over time, and some stay involved in an advisory capacity. Our operator experience and steady support allow you to do what is right for you and your team.
